Determine the number of hours of consultation needed per month and are billed a flat monthly rate. Hours can be used for any HR related issues or project and unused hours are never lost but roll over to the following month.

On-Call Clients
Are billed weekly based on utilization- with unlimited phone call or email consults—and we can be onsite at your location(s) as needed for projects, consult, employee discipline etc.

à la carte Clients
Have a big project? Need a one-time audit or employee survey or training? Maybe you just need occasional support for your HR staff…we will work with you to create a custom plan to satisfy your requirements.
